Board of Directors
 
The Board of Directors for the Wabasha-Kellogg Area Chamber of Commerce/CVB is comprised of a handful of local business and supporter members of the Chamber of Commerce. The Board of Directors sets the strategic direction of the Chamber of Commerce and CVB, oversees the finances, and serves as a sounding board for new ideas.
 
The 2017 Board of Directors are: President Conn Walters (First State Bank), Vice President Marie Perry (National Eagle Center), Secretary Jenny Schlagenhaft (Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center), Treasurer Chad Springer (City of Wabasha), Brian Fries (Plaid Productions), Miranda Gray-Burlingame (LARK Toys), Carol Scott (Supporter Member), and Jane Glander (Supporter Member).
 
Meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month at 8:30am at First State Bank of Wabasha and are open to the general membership. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Chrissy Dawson at [email protected] or (651) 565-4158.

30 hours per week; Wednesday-Saturday

The Wabasha Area Community Resource Center Board of Directors is seeking a mission-driven professional to join our team as manager of the non-profit Common Closet Thrift Store in downtown Wabasha, MN. Responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day operations; volunteer training, coordination, and management; and merchandising and marketing. As manager, the successful candidate will possess retail and merchandising experience and exceptional leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Computer (Word, Excel and QuickBooks), organizational, and bookkeeping proficiency required. Compensation includes hourly wage based on experience and paid vacation. Thank you to everyone who attended our second Educational Series. We hope you found the program on Facebook for Business valuable and walked away with tips you can apply to your business.
