You are invited to join the San Diego County Water Authority at the Condition Assessment Technology Showcase. This is a unique opportunity to learn more about the innovative technologies the Water Authority is using within our regional water distribution system as well as potential business and procurement opportunities. 

The Water Authority implemented a robust asset management program in 2009 to protect and ensure the reliability of our pipelines and facilities. The program’s goal is to monitor and maximize the critical assets’ life expectancy and repair or replace them at the optimum time. 

 Please join us on August 16 to hear brief presentations on the technologies used over the past seven years, including:

• Equipment developed and deployed by our internal asset management team
• Current plans to assess approximately 65 miles of the First Aqueduct

 Following the presentations, attendees will be able to participate in a hands-on technology showcase featuring tools and equipment used on previous projects.
