Is your child care program a center where meals are served to children? If so, your program may be eligible to be reimbursed for the nutritious meals and snacks served.

As a sponsor of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), 4C for Children can help you ensure that the children in your care are receiving nutritious foods that promote health and educational readiness and that you receive monthly reimbursements for the food served.

If you are an administrator of a center-based program* and are interested in learning more, please click here and fill out an interest form.

*Programs must have an enrollment of at least 75% of children receiving publicly funded child care and cannot be listed on the National Disqualified List.

The article states: "Modeling and teaching empathy-concern for others' feelings-is an important part of being an effective, culturally competent teacher."

The 4C conference registration deadline is October 11. We hope to see you there!
