All curbside collection of recycling, yard trim and trash will slide and be made one day later in those weeks. Household Hazardous Waste

Don't Be A Part Of The Statistic
How much will you set out? It may 'disappear' from your curb, but in reality, it just goes somewhere else.
Be mindful of your curb setouts.
Covenant Corner

Are you committed to recycling,
but don't know what to do with items from your home?
Tired of filling your garbage with items you know have another life? Howard County has a terrific online resource when you want to recycle, reuse, swap, donate, etc. Check it out here.

House Numbers and Family Safety

Missing house numbers or numbers that are not easily seen can translate into precious lost time in an emergency. Step outside and take a look at your house numbers; are they the same color as the house? Are they blocked by overgrown bushes or in a dark, out of the way location? They may need to be updated, the location changed or made to contrast with the house color for better visibility.
Our guidelines require permanently affixed, visible house numbers on each home or property. The use of peel and stick numbers or painted numbers is prohibited for all but temporary usage. A little time spent now to ensure the numbers are easy seen will help in an emergency. Don't forget; an application submission is required when changing house numbers (color, style or material.) Contact the covenant advisor for more information.
