CIGNA SUNDAY STREETS:
 
 
Cigna Sunday Streets will be held in The Energy Corridor District this Sunday, closing down Eldridge Parkway to motorists between Enclave Parkway and Briar Forest Drive. The event will take place Sunday, December 3, from noon to 4:00 P.M., creating a safe, fun place to walk, bike, skate and dance.
 
The festivities will include:
  • Fun, free, family friendly activities
  • Food, lawn games, live music
  • Face painting, giveaways, and more
  • Interactive fitness demos
  • Rock-climbing wall
  • Take a spin on a Houston Bcycle bike
  • Pop-up protected bike lane
  • Houston mobile library 
  • Frankenbike's swap meet
  • Artists from across the city
  • Pictures with Santa 
Pedal a bike through the winding, scenic trails of Terry Hershey Park   and ride the path right into the celebration at Eldridge & Enclave. If arriving by bicycle is not an option for you, The Energy Corridor has identified several parking locations for the many visitors that will arrive, identified on the map below.  
 
JINGLE ALL THE 5K FUN RUN:
 
   
Prior to Cigna Sunday Streets, you are invited to the "Jingle All the 5k" Fun Run/Walk.  Kick-start your holiday festivities with the whole family and experience the "Grand Re-opening" of The Energy Corridor District by participating in the inaugural "Jingle All The 5K", benefiting Memorial Assistance Ministries. 
 
The fun run/walk will start at 9:00 A.M. on Sunday, December 3, 2017, at the Addicks Park and Ride on the north side of I-10. Check out the official course map below.

Come out and show everyone your best holiday attire and spirit! Participants receive a festive t-shirt, ornament medal, and post-race refreshments. Santa will also be attending with dancing reindeer!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITES

If running is not your thing, please consider supporting your community by volunteering at the event! All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and post-event refreshments.
