A Message from Monsignor Czarnecki
Dear parents,

We are halfway through vacation and the children are enjoying well deserved leisure time with their families. I enjoy seeing many of you on Sundays at Divine Worship.

Sunday Liturgy is an integral part of our identity, the very fabric of our life, something which defines us and costs us of our time, effort, and commitment. We go to church to thank God for many blessings, especially for the gift of children which He entrusted to us. May this responsibility before God motivate us to be in a church every Sunday and to be connected with the supernatural power and His divine goodness and mercy.

May God Bless You All,
Msgr. Tony

From the Principal's Desk...
Dear Parents,

I hope you're enjoying your summer. Although our students are on vacation, the St. Joseph School staff and administration is hard at work preparing for the 2018-2019 School Year and we have several important dates, policy changes, and events to share with you. Please take some time to read this newsletter thoroughly and mark your calendar accordingly.

  • Wednesday, August 29th: Grades 1-8
  • Thursday, August 30th: Kindergarten
  • Thursday, August 30th: PreK 5-Day Program (4 Year-olds, Ms. Dodge)
  • Tuesday, September 4th: PreK 2-Day (3 Year-old) Program AND students in Mrs. Maurer's class who will be attending 5 days a week.

  • Wednesday, August 29th, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Grades 1-8
  • Thursday, August 30th, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Kindergarten & Pre K

Please note: It's extremely important for all parents and guardians of St. Joseph School students to attend the parent orientations. We will be discussing new policies and procedures for the 2018-2019 School Year, including school uniforms and our dress code, attendance policies pertaining to participation in school activities, and other important topics. In addition, teachers will be meeting with parents to communicate the expectations they have for the coming year. Even if you may have had a teacher in the past, they are always working to continually improve your child's educational experience. Therefore, please make the time to meet with them during our break-out session.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer. I look forward to seeing you at our parent orientations. Please watch your email for additional news and updates throughout the month of August.

Sincerely,
Principal
A Word of Gratitude
At the end of the school year, Athletic Directors Craig Holmberg and Donna Recko resigned from the positions. They have served the school for over fifteen years, providing leadership for our sports teams and raising funds to support the various athletic programs. We are grateful for their services, time, and spirit of mission which characterized their stewardship in our school.

We also want to announce the resignation of the school janitor, John Hester. He served the school for several years with total dedication, generosity, and kindness. We are grateful for his time.
