Dear Friends and Neighbors:

A public meeting to discuss the Yorkshire Drainage & Paving Project (WBS Number: M-000247-0002-4) has been scheduled.  It will be held Thursday, January 11, 2018, from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at the Memorial West Community Club, 700 N. Kirkwood Rd., Houston, TX 77079 (NE corner of Kirkwood @ Memorial).  This project effects the Yorkshire subdivision.

The construction contract was awarded to SER Construction Partners, LLC.  The total contract amount, with contingencies, testing services, CIP cost recovery, and construction management, is $6,350,000.  Construction management services will be provided by TLC Engineering, Inc.  The project was designed by CivilTech Engineering, Inc. and the contract duration for this project is 420 calendar days.
