Many weeks ago, I made an approach to the Victorian state government to ascertain if there was an opportunity for our VIC member sites to become temporary emergency accommodation providers for those impacted by the COVID-19 isolation plans.
I have since received a response that includes a questionnaire to gather information about member sites that are interested in being considered as emergency accommodation providers.
Whilst there is no current indication that the emergency accommodation needs will grow to include campsites, I would appreciate your assistance in collecting the required information (see link to online survey below), should the need arise. I will then forward these to the Victorian government's accommodation inventory project.
