As many faith-based organizations and congregations are relying upon virtual gatherings to connect, some are reporting on-line harassment and intrusions. These video conference disruptions or "zoom attacks" are intended to disrupt, shock, and intimidate communities already experiencing the trauma of social distancing and COVID-19. The
San Francisco Interfaith Council, in collaboration with the
Walter & Elise Haas Fund and the
San Francisco Department of Emergency Management's Community Branch, invite you to join us for this session to learn how to prevent such attacks and to ensure that your virtual meetings are as safe and welcoming as possible in this time.
