   America is the greatest country ever and I am so proud to be an American. Every time I see Old Glory waving, it gives me chills.  When I hear the National Anthem being played, my heart swells with pride. This Fourth of July, Independence Day, let's get out and celebrate the freedoms we all cherish so deeply. Turn off CNN, Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC, and honor the good old USA actively in our local community here in Llano together.

   There is plenty of fun and a variety great events going on for the weekend:  Mud Races at Toyland on July 1 st, Rock `N Riverfest and Jet Ski Races on July 2 nd, the All American Celebration at Robinson Park, and on July 4 th the Best Fireworks in the Texas Hill Country.  The Llano Library is also hosting an Ice Cream Social and there will be an  Art Camp for the kiddos at the Llano Fine Arts Guild.  It is going to be a HOT Time in Llano this July, so keep safe and cool this summer!
