Summer is right around the corner and agency acquisitions have been strong thus far. It's a great time to be an Allstate agency owner, and with that being said, it's a rewarding time to sell. Advice to sellers, as well as financing needs for buyers has been a priority of ours and we plan to continue improving our processes to allow a more enjoyable experience for all customers.

National Forum- Allstate's Future is Bright

PPCLOAN was privileged to attend the Allstate National Forum in Las Vegas this past month. It was a great meeting to attend and our team always enjoys getting face to face interactions with agents, customers, and Allstate management. Between both Agents and Management, the theme for the future of Allstate seems positive and promising. PPCLOAN has attended every National Forum and we look forward to attending the event in the future.

purchased a $1.48M earned premium agency. The total loan amount was 89% of the purchase price with the buyer making a 4% cash down payment and the seller holding a small 7% subordinate note.
Outside buyer in TX
purchased a $2.7M earned premium Allstate agency selling for 2.47 times. PPCLOAN provided a loan for 97% of the purchase price and the buyer made a 3% down payment.
Existing agent in MO
that is a current customer, extended out his current loan payment term and obtained additional funds for a new marketing campaign and to hire a new employee.
