Happy Father's Day
Once upon a time a nice young daddy was walking hand in hand supporting his young daughter as she took her first steps.
In no time at all he was pushing her on the swings as high as she could stand to go! They would visit nearby nature centers and he would educate her as to the beautiful native plants that grew while they found as many butterflies as they could.
Then came teaching her to ride a bike, swim, and attending her sporting events...
One hot summer day as he was pulling up to the house he noticed someone walking thru his yard. As fast as, 'Who is it?' crossed his mind - 'My baby girl' also crossed his mind! All grown up, ready to 'catch some rays' he realized what he was missing in his yard - privacy!

Dad's like flowers and tropical drinks...
Kick off Father's Day with a Tropical Arrangement that looks good enough to drink!

Treat him to a refreshing cocktail made with fresh herbs!
Muddled Basil Martini
2 ounces of vodka or 2 ounces of gin
1 ounce agave nectar or 1 ounce of simple syrup
splash of lime juice
4 sweet basil leaves, fresh
2 mint leaves, fresh
(you can purchase herb plants in the greenhouse!)
Muddle the basil, simple syrup and lime juice together. Add gin or vodka. Combine in a cocktail shaker with loads of ice. Shake until there are shards of ice and the mix turns frothy. Strain and garnish with fresh basil mm-good!

Countryside Landscape Designer, Grace Karoluk received this nice letter regarding a landscape she just completed.
We are especially thinking of Grace today. As we are celebrating our Fathers, she too is back home in Poland visiting her dad.
We wish them both a very blessed visit.

My husband and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our "new" yard.  Last fall we met with Grace Karoluk, landscape designer, to help us with ideas to improve the look and curb appeal of our front yard.  Grace spent a good deal of time looking over our yard/plantings and then presented us with the design plan and estimate.  Last week the new, updated landscaping was completed.  It is beautiful!!  We couldn't be more pleased!  Grace was able to incorporate some of our own plants in the design which we truly appreciated.  We are now proud to drive into our driveway!  We would definitely recommend your service!
