Conference Spotlight
We're proud of our conference presenters - past, present and future! - and one of them is David Sobel, who will be facilitating a daylong pre-conference workshop, "Bringing Sustainability Education Home" with Jamie Cloud, of the Cloud Institute for Sustainability Education.
Dr. Sobel is a longtime supporter of green schools, and we want to share this great Boston Globe Magazine story on nature schools, which included his thoughts on this 'back to nature' trend.

Take part in a Zero Waste survey
During the 2013 Green Schools National Conference, a solution summit was held to define the most barriers to schools in becoming zero waste and to brainstorm the best solutions to overcome those barriers.
Out of this session, a working group was formed to pursue these solutions for zero waste in schools and needs your input. Learn more!
