I have put some classes in this week to prepare us all for the holiday season!!  You should get up, get out and get fit.
Who knows maybe you will see some old friends or instructors?
My goal is to lose 40 lbs by February, what's your's?

        Tuesday = Body Toning with your body weight  6:00 pm  Nov 25th                         Wednesday = Candlelight Yoga w/ yoga Nidra,  7:45 pm  Nov 26th
        Thursday = Thanksgiving,  Nov 27th
        Friday = #holiday workout with weights,  6:00 pm,  Nov 28th
        Saturday = Body Tone and Sculpt with weights, 10:45 am  Nov 29th

EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL SKILL BUILDING FOR CHILDREN SET IN A FRAMEWORK OF DRUMMING. MIXING DRUM CIRCLE ELEMENTS WITH GROUP COUNSELING METHODS. THERAPUTIC AND FUN.

THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR ALL KIDS
