HudsonValley Horseplay's goal is to strengthen our community: our children, teens, families and businesses. We design on-the-ground activities with horses for participants participants to build skills and assets: communication, self-esteem, leadership, sensitivity, assertiveness, healthy boundaries, self-regulation, problem-solving, team-building, responsibility and more.

This demo offers a preview of this summer's Girls' Power program, designed specifically to empower our area girls in grades 3 - 8.
Monday's workshop will be facilitated by Cori Nichols, Eagala Certified ES and HorsePlay Director, along with Rosey Rouhana, LMHC, NCC. Dress for the temperatures! We'll be undercover but out of doors.
