DESERT NIGHT LIFE
Enjoy Music in the Desert at Night!

On November 15 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm, take the opportunity to see the gardens and animals at night, when the animals are most active. You can also experience live musical performances under the stars by Domingo Degrazia and Beth Daunis, with special guest Juan Barreda. Their original compositions weave flamenco, pop, gypsy-folk, classical and Latin elements into a unique Southwestern sound. Plus members who attend the night's event will receive a special 20% Gift Shop discount for this one night only just in time for holiday shopping!   Learn more

WANTED: CITIZEN SCIENTISTS
Become Part of This Conservation Project
If you're interested in conservation, the Museum needs YOU to become a citizen scientist! Get involved and help scientists study pollination activity in Tucson by counting Barrel Cactus seeds. The data received will help identify Pollinator Hotspots - areas of particularly high pollinator density across the Sonoran Desert landscape. These plants are loaded with fruit right now, making it optimal seed counting time!  Learn More
COATI CLUB CELEBRATES 20 YEARS!
Calling All Alumni

The Desert Museum's very own kids club is turning 20! To celebrate, there's a party planned on November 22 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. All Coati Kids Club alumni are invited to visit old haunts and reminisce. Each alumni plus one guest will be admitted free but you must RSVP by November 17 to Robin Kropp at 520-883-3034 or [email protected]. If you were a member of the Coati Club, a Junior Docent or Earth Camp graduate, you're also invited to join in the fun by sharing your memories and what you're doing now at the Youth Program Alumni Stories survey.
