All studios are furnished with a specific number of chairs and tables. After 20 chairs, extra chairs will be ($1 each) and after 2 tables ($5 each). In order to guarantee them, any items need to be requested and paid for at the time of rental. There is no extra charge for piano or ballet barre but it needs to be requested at the time of rental. *extra charges apply
