What do you love most about yoga?
I love the opportunity to get out of my head, and focus on nothing else outside of my breath and body. But I equally love the unintentional community yoga brings together. The people you teach and those you practice with become your friends and family.
What can we expect in your class?
Expect to sweat, expect to be challenged, expect to laugh, and expect lots of personal, hands-on adjustments.

- Learn the difference between pain and sensation in your body. If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.
- Take breaks-in life and in your practice. It's important to listen to your body before it demands your attention.
