Dear Yogis and Friends,
GANESHA WANTS US TO SLOW DOWN. I guess he wasn't quite ready for us to move. :)
Our opening day has been delayed by the City building process and we are going to be on Ventura just a little longer. We feel like kids on Christmas Day finding out we can't open our presents today and as difficult as that is this is the very practice of yoga. We will all need to lean into the heat of this pose and stand just a little bit longer with grace, ease and steadiness.
CLASSES WILL CONTINUE AT 13557 VENTURA BLVD ON MONDAY, our current location.
