The Building Better Runners Program can help you improve your running technique, aid in strength training, and make you a more efficient and faster runner.

We would like to welcome to the team:
Our very new Physiotherapist! 

Nate Tsang, BSc. Hons (Kin), MSc. (PT)

Nate's two biggest passions are physiotherapy and running, so we know this is the perfect role for him! Nate is a hard-working practitioner and a driven athlete currently training with the Toronto Olympic Club. His favourite distance is the half marathon in which he recently broke the 1:20:00 mark this past fall at STWM, but he has goals to run faster next spring! Clinically, Nate has experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including common running injuries such as iliotibial band syndrome (ITBS), runner's knee, and patellar/ Achilles tendonitis. Nate attempts to find the root of his patient's problem by conducting a thorough physical assessment followed by an individualized treatment plan that may include a combination of manual therapy, taping, exercise prescription, and education.

Every Saturday for 6 weeks.
