Welcome to the October 2013 Game Day Rocky Mountain BEST Volunteer Newsletter. What an incredible year! We had 26 Teams from Colorado compete in 2013. Almost 120 volunteers participated this year to support the 450 students and their teachers and mentors.

One of our volunteers, Jon Barber, captured the RM BEST volunteer spirit.
"We are giving vision to young men and women, they may not be able to find otherwise, that will take them places they would not be able to go without this experience. I am proud to serve with you, investing in the hope of our future."

Please forward this newsletter to others who might be interested in Rocky Mountain (RM) BEST.

Colorado Gives Day Contribution Opportunity!
Tuesday 10 December - 24 Hours to Give Where You Live

Support Rocky Mountain BEST on Colorado Gives Day! On Tuesday 10 December 2013, Coloradans will come together again to raise millions of dollars for nonprofits like ours. Last year, a remarkable $15.7 million was distributed to Colorado nonprofits.

Presented by Community First Foundation and FirstBank, Colorado Gives Day asks you to give to your favorite charities through the website ColoradoGives.org, an online giving resource featuring every nonprofit participating in Colorado Gives Day.

  • 100 percent of your donation will come to us.
  • When you give online any time on December 10, the value of your donation will be increased by the FirstBank Incentive Fund.
  • Donate online any time during the 24 hour period of December 10 to "give where you live!"
  • Starting Nov. 1, donors can "pre-schedule" a one-time donation for December 10, Colorado Gives Day. Visit their FAQ page for details.
We hope you consider donating to Rocky Mountain BEST at ColoradoGives.org on Tuesday 10 December.
We would not be successful without you!.  We are looking forward to seeing our 2013 Volunteers at the November Vounteer Appreciation Brunch.

Sincerely,
