January 12th Pool Practice at 8:30 AM. Use a variety of Harnesses and tanks to decide your preference on Lift and Materials. Featuring Dive Equipment from Halcyon, Dive Rite and Atomic Aquatics. This is not a Certification Course however you will be offered sufficient information to decide if Sidemount Diving is applicable to your outings. Hollywood Divers will Provide the sidemount Harnesses or you may decide to use your own or purchase sidemount harness, hose kits and or regulators at HD.

Interested in local ship wrecks? WE ARE HAVING GUEST SPEAKER - JAN 9TH 2014 - CAPTAIN RAY FROM THE SUNDIVER. RAY is the master of finding new dive sites around L.A. Ship Wrecks, Reefs, Piles of Discarded ????? What Ever. Ray will be talking about some possible target dives. Come to Hollywoodivers around 7pm. Then we will Move next door to the Man Cave after the Meeting for Drinks.

Each Year in June we go to one of North Americas best diving Destinations. North Carolina has world war two wreck dives that are not technical in nature and offer clear,warm water from the Gulf Stream current. Sealife experienced on these trips include, Sea Turtles, Dolphins, Sand Tiger Sharks, Barracuda, Lion Fish, Spadefish, Seahorse, Amberjack and We check into our Beach House on June 7th 2014. Dive days will be June 8, 9, 10, 11,12 with play day on June 13 and fly out on June 14th.

Fly into Newbern N.C.on June 7th arriving mid day and take either a rental car or taxi to Morehead City.

We have a lovely beach house set up with all amenities. This trip is perfect for those who want a great diving experience without hte hassles of clearing customs, renewing passports ETC.

Dive Services will include all Tanks, Weights with Nitrox included and we will do a maximum of 12 dives spread over 5 days.

Philippine Airlines has the best-timed flights and direct to Manila.
When making reservations, allow 2 days to travel to Manila and 1 day back. Plan to leave LAX Aug 30 for Sept 1st arrival.
