Save the Date: 2016 Installation Dinner & Annual Meeting
Join the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate our accomplishments in 2015 and honor outgoing chair, Enzo Scognamiglio and welcome our chair-elect, Mits Arayama at the 2016 Installation Dinner and Annual Meeting. We will also be inducting our 2016 Board of Directors and honoring the 2015 Business of the Year, Citizen of the Year and Ambassador of the Year. 

This year's Installation Dinner will be held at the magnificent St. Regis Monarch Beach on January 28th at 6 PM.

Tickets are available online until 11:55pm on Monday, January 25th. Please note that there will be no tickets available at the door - you must make your reservation ahead of time.

CalChamber List of New Employment Laws for 2016
 

Latest Capitol News Report calls attention to challenges employers face in coming year

The California Chamber of Commerce today released the list of new employment laws scheduled to take effect in 2016 or earlier that will have an impact on businesses in California.

CalChamber also released the latest CalChamber Capitol News Report, which features Erika Frank, CalChamber vice president, legal affairs, and general counsel, and Jennifer Barrera, CalChamber policy advocate, calling attention to the many challenges California employers face-including juggling new laws involving gender pay equality, employee time off for school or child care, and another hike in the minimum wage.
