Introducing: Texas Housing Impact Fund
The Texas Housing Impact Fund provides financing for the development, acquisition, or rehabilitation of affordable rental or homeownership projects across Texas.
TSAHC provides short and long-term loans to developers, with an emphasis on empowering our local partners. Our loan products provide competitive rates and can be combined with other financing products to give developers the flexibility they need to create sustainable housing throughout Texas.
Through a partnership with Bank of America, the National Community Stabilization Trust and local partners, TSAHC donated homes to disabled veterans and families of first-responders.
