Memorial Day is a time to remember the men and women who gave their lives to defend our great nation.

The traditional observance has the U.S. flag raised briskly to the top of the staff and then solemnly lowered to half-staff until noon in remembrance of our fallen heroes. At noon it is raised to full-staff as a commitment from the living to not let their sacrifice be in vain and to continue the fight for justice and liberty.

Whether you are traveling or enjoying the day with family and friends, please take a moment to honor our brave service men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
