The best laid plans...

Last week, we tried something new that didn't work out as planned.

What we wanted - was to give you a place to respond to the (previously rhetorical) question posed in the subject line of our emails and share your experiences with other readers (since we know that y'all are the sharing type.) We thought using the survey feature of our email provider and making the responses public would do the trick.

What we got - worked great for the responding part, but not at all for the sharing part. So this time, we added a link to a new web page that uses the same commenting system as our other pages for you to share your thoughts.

So, let's try it again! (Fingers crossed that this works out a bit better!) And to make things interesting, we'll throw in a cool prize from our stash to a randomly picked storyteller.

Who or what got you started in electronics?

And once again the great folks at ExpressPCB saw fit to bring this all to you for yet another week!

That's it, Enjoy!
How Old is Old Enough?

One of the most often asked questions in my inbox is 'how old is old enough to begin working with electronics?' The answer, of course, is that it depends on the individual, what you mean by 'working with,' and the amount of supervision provided by an experienced or at least alert adult.
