"As I' m sure is true for most of you, I have had a lifetime love for animals. I was the one in the family to hassle my parents to get a dog, keep stray cats and have a real horse in the backyard (which I didn't get, by the way).

Seventeen years ago, looking for a solution to one of our dog's health issues, I heard about TTouch. I read the book and enrolled as soon as I could in the first Eastern North American Training. Now I have the privelige of teaching these same courses.

A major impression of that first course was the open-mindedness of the teachers, their willingness to try students' suggestions, and their ability to encourage people to engage with animals and situations in an encompassing and supporting way. I felt secure in not having to be perfect from the get-go and was supported in building my skills over time. This is the approach I perpetuate in my teaching - for both human and animal students.

Students have reported that my teaching style makes sense to both left- and right- brain people, perhaps because I love making scientific concepts easily understandable, and draw from my background in Biology and a lifelong interest in alternative approaches.

I find it important to present the tools of the Ttouch method in the context in which they were developed, so that the concepts behind them are understood. I love to make clear the connections between the concepts and the practical applications, and to develop an understanding of how they apply to to each animal and situation.

I also love laughing, and I find teaching TTouch incredibly satisfying, so I look forward to a fun and inspiring time with you!"
