A rich and harmonious Champagne, Les Folies de la Marquetterie is distinctive for its immense richness and complexity. Deep yellow in color with golden highlights. The bubbles are fine and delicate. The intense nose is very fruity, with aromas of peach and apricot compote with subtle notes of toasted brioche and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, smooth and fruity, with flavor of yellow peach dominates. The distinctive and expressive finish delivers light woody notes.

Les Folies de la Marquetterie is a blend of Chardonnays (45%) and Pinot Noirs (55%) made exclusively from grapes grown at the Folies vineyard that overlooks the Chateau de la Marquetterie the birthplace of the Taittinger family Champagne.

The Crémants from the  Braun family winery  are noted for their clean and delicate character, while still expressing Alsace's signature purity of fruit and minerality. Winemakers Christophe and Chantal Braun cultivated their vineyard organically for 15 years and shifted to biodynamic agriculture in 2005, a practice that delivers wines of exceptional quality and finesse.

Camille Braun Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé is made in the same method as Champagne from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Produced solely from the 2008 vintage, the wine was aged on its lees for nearly two years, which lends a rich and elegant creaminess.

Dry and spicy, this Crémant offers notes of dried cherry, strawberry and black raspberry flavors and juicy acidity.
