Embody Physical Therapy & Yoga
January 2015

We are well into 2015 by now and I am anticipating my trip back to San Diego on Jan. 29. This will be a short but exciting trip, as I will be launching the "Yoga In Medicine" retreat with UCSD Center for Integrative Medicine as well as a special course on Yoga for physical therapists.

This is part of an intention I set years ago, to bring the awareness of Yoga's healing power to my professional field and to the medical field at large.

Yoga not only helped me through a disc herniation and scoliosis, it slowly and steadily changed my life.  There is still much to be done, but looking back, I can see how Yoga has helped me overcome limiting beliefs so that I can continue to live up to my full potential.  It continues to be a life raft that gives me solace and comfort when the waves pick up and helps me move forward along calmer seas.

How has Yoga helped you in your life? I would love to hear your story.

This month, our very own Alison McLean wrote a beautiful post in honor of the New Year called Letting Go and Moving Forward Click here to read Alison's blog post.

I hope to see you at one of the upcoming workshops and trainings either this winter or summer in San Diego.  If you ever find yourself in Israel, please be in touch!!

With love,

Rachel Krentzman PT, ERYT 500
