Greetings!
Hello! Hope your February has been an enjoyable one so far.
This week, I read an intriguing post by Daniel Gulati on the Harvard Business Review Blog Network about Why You Won't Quit Your Job.
Mr. Gulati does an excellent job articulating why people don't make big moves in their lives and careers, and why most people will not, in fact, leave their jobs even though they desperately want to.
My world, however, is all about helping people change jobs and careers, or dramatically improve their current situations. His piece inspired me to write a response about why people WILL indeed quit their jobs or modify their careers this year, if they long to.
If you're considering a job or career change (or know of someone who is), I hope you'll find this article useful. Click the link below to read my latest post on Forbes:
I hope this inspires you to make the changes you long to in life and work. If so, please share this newsletter on FB, LI and Twitter, and post a comment on the Forbes blog - share your candid views and insights! We can all learn from each other.
