Strength & Conditioning for Endurance Sports 

Build a strong foundation for your sport of choice, be it running, mountain biking, hiking, road cycling or cross-country skiing.

TWO 1 HOUR CLASS OPTIONS A WEEK:

Tuesdays at 6 am and Fridays at 6:30  am (come to either one or both classes)

We will also be offering fitness testing at the beginning and the end of the program to help you monitor your results, at an additional charge. Let us know if you are interested by sending an email to Sue at sue_physio@mac.com

Using body weight exercises, bands, weights and TRX we will challenge our bodies and build strength to boost performance during this 12 week program.

Cost: 

  • 12 Class Pass $144 + HST ($12/class)
  • 18 Class Pass $198 + HST ( $11 /class)
  • 24 Class Pass $240 + HST ($10/class) 

We are offering  a payment plan if you choose the 24 class pass, breaking down the full  payment into 3 equal payments due on the 11th of each month: January, February, March and  of $80.00 + HST. The amount will be billed directly to your credit card.

Our instructor is Chandra Kipfer, marathon runner, personal trainer and occupational therapist.

You do not need to be a member of the Winter Half Marathon training program to join us.
