*Exhibition Closing and Roundtable Discussion

Our first exhibition of the series comes to a close with a roundtable discussion featuring BroLab, J&J, and Nicky Enright.  The discussion will be moderated by BRAC curator, Chad Stayrook.  This event is in conjunction with the Bronx Council on the Arts Culture Trolley.

*talk will begin around 7:30pm

*The Roundtable is Alive!:

Public and private events have started at Shifting Communities custom roundtable. A calendar of events is available here.  Do you have an event you'd like to host at the table? Go here for guidelines on how to propose something.

*Fundraising for BroLab's Piazza Gratissima:

BroLab has initiated talks with the Mott Haven library to transform their derelict courtyard into Piazza Gratissima.  Fundraising efforts are underway to make this happen and we need your support. Go to the project's Kickstarter page to make a tax deductible donation and please tell your friends. BroLab will be in front of the gallery on Saturday October 1st to promote this project as well as Thrust of Sorrows, a 15ft trebuchet waiting to launch your worries away. Come by and ask them questions or bring an object you are ready to rid yourself of.
