CURRICULUM COUNCIL ENDORSEMENT OF ARIES TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMS Aries Technology is pleased to announce that a range of our IT programs have been endorsed under the category
"COMMUNITY ORGANISATION PROGRAMS" from 2011 to 2014.
This means that students undertaking the programs while in years 10, 11 or 12, can count this learning towards their senior secondary certificate - the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) if the school is able to report the achievement to the Curriculum Council.
Information about the program can be found here: . Achievement of the program/s information will provide points/unit equivalents, towards the WACE completion requirement (5 points = 1 unit equivalent). More information can be found here: under "Aries Technology".
For students to receive WACE recognition in 2012, schools will need to enrol students with the Curriculum Council by late June for Year 12s and early August for Year 10/11s. Achievement must be reported by late October for Year 12 students and early December for Year 10/11 students.
