"CCHI, our member organizations and the more than 500,000 Coloradans we represent are concerned that a majority of the appointees on the board have strong ties to the health insurance industry," said Dede de Percin, the group's executive director. "These existing loyalties may conflict with creating an exchange that best serves Colorado's struggling individuals, families and businesses."
