"The Festival is not just about recognizing the importance of Hip-Hop music and culture, but also the accomplishments of our peers. That is why this event is so close to my heart. As someone who has over 15 years of experience in the music business I have had the honor of working and collaborating with a number of individuals who are important to the Hip-Hop movement. By creating an event that recognizes their accomplishment we aim to do our part in charting the legacy of Hip-Hop as a cultural progression. Come out and be part of this momentous first event presented by Brooklyn Bodega in conjunction with the Festival."
