Why hello there June?! So nice of you to have joined us! Perhaps, this month you can bring us lots and lots of sunshine. I know the Mamas and tots of momstown Whitby-Ajax would love that!!!

 

This past month there is no doubt that the rain tried to wash out many of our events, but that didn't stop us from having fun and connecting. Nope, not at all! We just took the events indoors. It wasn't ideal, but it worked. Hopefully Mr. Sun will be nicer to us this month, and we can get out for those park playdates, picnics and nature walks.

Don't be afraid to cry (and don't worry about it).

 

Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum results in changing levels of hormones. After childbirth there is a rapid decrease in hormones that occurs approximately on the third, fifth and tenth day. These hormone adjustments can be emotionally challenging for the mother. You may cry for no apparent reason so let it out and know this is all part of a normal pregnancy postpartum. (Source)
