The Texas Vegetable Association, along with its partners, would like you to REGISTER for the "Texas Food Safety Conference," taking place on May 10 - 11, 2011.
Food Safety is a critical issue that impacts all of us. We encourage you to forward this email to anyone you believe has a key interest in this conference. For a working draft agenda, click here. This conference is being held to bring together representatives of the fruits and vegetable industry and state and federal regulatory agencies. Presenters at the conference will include food safety experts as well as officials from Texas Department of Agriculture and the Texas Department of State Health Services.
