Tomorrow: 5% Day at Whole Foods Market Harbor East
Happy New Year!

What are your New Years resolutions? Like many, you might have resolved to eat healthier meals, exercise more often, and give back to your community.

This year, let Moveable Feast help you to achieve your goals.

Start by getting
some healthy grocery shopping done on Wednesday, January 5th at the 5% Day at Whole Foods Market - Harbor East. All day, five percent of sales from your purchases will be donated to Moveable Feast!

Moveable Feast staff and volunteers will be at the store welcoming customers and passing out information.

We will also be accepting both cash and food donations. To donate food, please adhere to the guidelines found on our blog.

Ride for the Feast 2011
Next, consider registering for Ride for the Feast 2011 - a two-day, 140-mile bike ride throughout the state of Maryland to benefit Moveable Feast.

Early registration has just been extended to midnight on Friday, January 14th, 2011. Register early and save $10 off of the registration fees.

Please visit RideForTheFeast.org to register now!

Here at Moveable Feast, our own 2011 resolution is continuing to serve all people who turn to us for nutritious foods to fight their illnesses. To do so, we'll need your ongoing support. Let's achieve all of our resolutions this year - team up with us to have a happy, healthy, and successful New Year!
