Raise The Rent
Until we are able to complete the first phase of building the new orphanage, we will continue to rent our current facility. Rent is due again in October and we need to raise $14,400 towards the next six months rent. Please help us to secure a safe place for the children to continue to live for the next six months by making a donation toward the rent.
Thank you!

Greetings!
Jeremiah 16:32 Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?
This verse reminds me that I am not in charge. That God is in charge. There are things that are too hard for me to do, but they are not too hard for God to do. I must yield to His control and not try to take charge and work in my own strength.

Make a Difference... for One
In January, when the earthquake struck, we had over 130 children in the orphanage. The orphanage, at that time, was primarily funded through adoptions.
The Lord used the earthquake to bring many of these children to their forever homes much sooner than they would have had the opportunity to go home otherwise.
However, since the earthquake, adoptions have been slow in resuming. This means that the main source of income for the orphanage is not yet available, and Maison has looked to For His Glory for most of their support. Maison is currently home to 70 children in Port-au-Prince, many of whom have come to the orphanage since the earthquake.
In addition to making much needed repairs to the facility, and taking care of the daily living needs of the children, the staff has been busy processing the paperwork for the children so that each child can begin the adoption process when a forever family is found for them.
As the orphanage and the agencies they work with rebuild the adoption ministry, we are in desperate need of ongoing, committed partners to care for these precious children who have been through so much. Please consider helping us care for the "least of these" by joining us as a monthly sponsor.
We currently only have the funds to continue to support the children in the orphanage for another three months. I would ask that you prayerfully consider how you can help our children and staff in Haiti. I am excited to see what God is going to do. He has done amazing things in the last year.
Everything we do is in His Strength and For His Glory.

Formula One Life
Thank You Formula One Life!
In July, Formula One Life hand delivered over $1250 worth of infant formula to Maison! This formula would cost close to twice as much in Haiti. Thank you to the Formula One Life team who brought such a blessing to our littlest ones!
For Adoptive Parents
For those adoptive parents that have children home on Humanitarian Parole after the earthquake, a webinar has been scheduled for September 8, 2010 entitled, "How Attorneys and State Court Judges Can Aid in Finalizing Adoptions for Haitian Children now in the U.S." Please see our website for more information.
