'Solutions from ISEA Experts - Confined Space Safety' Forum at NSC Expo (Scott Safety, Draeger and Sellstrom)

 

ISEA's annual forum for the personal protective equipment (PPE) user community will be held Tuesday, September 16, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. on the Expo floor at the NSC Congress and Expo. This year, Bob Vigdor, director of sales & service, gas & flame detection for Scott Safety will address instrumentation and monitoring, Paul Hatala, respiratory solutions marketing manager for Draeger will address respiratory protection and Bradley May, eastern regional sales manager for Sellstrom/RTC will address fall protection.

ISEA 2014 Fall Meeting Schedule and Registration

 

The Fall Meeting is ISEA's largest national meeting. It's a time for product groups and committees to do the essential work of the association - developing standards, formulating policy positions and planning for the future. It's also a time for member company representatives to network with peers in the industry.

OH&S Salutes 26 Winning Products in 2014 New Product of the Year Contest (3M, Ansell Healthcare, Bradley Corp, DuPont Personal Protection, Ergodyne, Honeywell Safety Products and MSA Safety)


The magazine's sixth annual contest drew more than 60 entries and 26 winning products. Winners will be recognized at this year's National Safety Council Congress & Expo in San Diego.

The video explains the importance of wearing high visibility safety clothing that meets the requirements of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and International Safety Equipment Association standard, whenever working on roadways, and how it can save lives.

University of Kentucky Video Helps Business Owners Prevent Costly Workplace Injuries, Save Money

 

A new video from the Kentucky Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation Program, part of the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health, aims to educate business owners on how investing in safety can protect workers and save money.
