And please support the
Advanced praise for I Hate Yoga from Richard Ouzounian,

columnist for The Toronto Star:

"What you're going to read here, in prose so deliciously relaxed and chatty that you're going to feel you're sitting next to him, is the story of how one man had to destroy his body to set it right again, and how there's nothing wrong with giving into the power of a beat, as long as it's the right one.

Even if you think you have no interest in yoga, you're going to love this book, because it's about the life journey that we're all on and how we can determine the way it's going to go.

With wit and honesty and a refreshing lack of pretention, Paul McQuillan doesn't just tell it like it is, he tells it like it could be. Take a deep breath, open to page 1, read. It could change your life. No kidding."

Bruce Bird! Bringin' It!!
Our very own BeHot champion!!

For those of you who practice at noon during the week, you've probably met Bruce Bird -- a friendly, supportive and incredibly ripped yogi!

Bruce credits Bikram yoga for giving him the edge required to compete as a cyclist. Bruce works his body extremely hard and yoga offers him balance, endurance, flexibility, injury prevention and optimal health.

Well, it all paid off for Bruce. He has just won the Men's 45-49 road race, (156km) at the Amateur World Cycling Championships in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Bruce was one of seven Canadians competing at the championships, recording the team's first victory.

Congrats, Bruce! You. Are. Amazing.

When asked to comment on the victory, Bruce replied, "I'm tired." ; )
