Commons Connections

April 2013

 Greetings!

April is National Volunteer Month and people are investing their time and resources to help individuals and communities.  We are proud to have generations of volunteers work with Commons like the Brosk family. The Brosk family has helped raise funds, plan events and spread the message about the work of Chicago Commons.

National Volunteer Month

This month we have several opportunities to volunteer:

  • Participate in a classroom project
  • Donate interesting materials
  • Provide a community excursion
  • Help maintain our sites and playgrounds

Volunteering is a great way to strengthen your connection to the community, expand your social network and help others. Join the Brosk family and hundreds of other Chicago Commons volunteers and change the lives of children and families in need. Sign up today!

Sincerely,

Dan Valliere
