RELAXING INTO YOUR FEMININE

How to get in touch with your feminine self... ONE DAY workshop

This workshop is to remind you how to relax into that wonderfully feminine part of yourself:  your pelvis and your pelvic floor. Relaxing into our hips and pelvis is not that easy to do. Yet when we are in our bedroom that is exactly where a woman wants her attention - more action in her pelvis and less buzz in her busy mind. This day will be centered on developing your relationship with your pelvis, starting with finding  your "inner" core.  Your sexual response will be improved, and other benefits can include a flatter lower tummy, better balance, increased bladder control and much more!

Come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or large bath towel. There will be two movement sections in this workshop, separated by an educational session on feminine sexual products. The movement classes are not strenuous or aerobic and do not involve any extreme stretching. Most likely you will be delighted and not embarrassed.

There will be a noon break with a box lunch provided    $40

Bios of class instructors:

Kathleen Pagnini has been a fitness guru for the last 30 years, teaching Pilates for 15 of those. But it wasn't until 2009 after attending a workshop hosted by a noted health and fitness coach that she realized she had been only scratching the surface of core function. After much study Kathleen co-developed a simple yet profound program that teaches women how to connect the dots between their mind and their movement. Strengthening the "inner core" results  in SUPER SEX, less leaking, less back, knee and foot pain, plus a flatter lower tummy.

Brenda Johnson and her husband Mitchell launched Love Revolution in 2011 as Southern Oregon's first sex-positive love and intimacy boutique. They have hosted nearly 100 classes on relationship and sexuality and sell toys and tools to excite, enliven and enhance the human experience.

Karin Pedersen is an advocate and mentor of Feminine Movement. In her 30 years of study her work has taken her to mulitple countries in the roles of Dance and Movement Specialist, Course Leader, Martial Artist and Coach for world-class athletes, such as Martina Navratilova. Her playful and engaging movement training awakens  your body physically and energetically.
