Lean Facilitator Certification Program  

New Class Begins in January, 2015

 

2011 LFCP Graduates The MWCC's flagship training program, the Lean Facilitator Certification Program, opens its eighth class year in January of 2015. 
Download the 2015 LFCP syllabus here, complete with class schedule and application form.
Over 150 LFCP graduates have learned lean techniques, built their change leadership skills, and today are delivering enormous value for their companies. Participants meet once a month for 3-4 days in an intensive 5-month immersion in front-line lean leadership.  The curriculum is aligned to support the AME/ASQ/SME/Shingo Institute national lean certification standard, and includes a national certification testing option.
