Tlar: I concur with everything Randy has said. I am hearing the exact same information. Our admin caused this delay by putting the stipulation in that the Security Minister must be assigned to activate the currency change and they got the IMF to go along even though their first response was against it.
In order to fight ISIS there should be a head of the military so it is a defensible move to coerce the Iraqi's to move on this ministarial position now.
The CBI has made some important moves today that bode well for a currency change.
They are able, ready and willing if the Minister is seated but best of all, they have the desire and the permission to move if he is. This thing is close. tlar

H.R. 24 'Audit the Fed' Bill Passes in House
With all of the other economic and geopolitical events which are taking place this week we can now add the passage of the Audit the Fed bill in Congress. The bill was overwhelmingly passed with a margin of 333 to 92.
Congressman Ron Broun issued the following statement:
"Today's passage of the Audit the Fed bill brings us one step closer towards bringing much-needed transparency to our nation's monetary policy.
For the past 100 years, the Federal Reserve, a quasi-government agency, has acted under a veil of secrecy - controlling our monetary policy and thus, our economy.

How you Makin it ________?
I am dropping a note to let everyone to know the state we are in.... I want to thank a friend (he does not want his name out there) that wrote the last letter I sent out.
I know it looked different but it was from me I was traveling in Kansas City and could not send it out... We sent it out for a two purpose goal...
First to let people know that the Pres was interfering with something that he did not need to be messing with.. and the other to let people know how fragile footing we were on.....
After saying that the Winds have changed in our favor and now we are in a window until Tuesday next week to see this thing come out. The last thing that we are looking for is the Defense minister to show...

Between the mantles of responsibility carried, the gentleman quitting smoking, and the full gauntlet of working through all the world's concerns at his door, yes the man had a heart attack. Last Friday as it turns out, Zap and I were out over some birthday celebrations and during a motion picture, in a local movie theatre, Zap had a coronary event called a heart attack. He has since been fully examined in one of our fine Canadian hospitals Sunday night *wink *wink...and it was determined that while still serious, his heart attack may have had some minor damage done to it none the less.

Having a business or ministry one learns fast to have a time schedule, one needs to be set for business and a time for family, if not then something fails to work properly period. Same here watching for this R/V, extended full time watching for this will cause other parts of our lives to fail. Having ones focus on just one thing pushes what we really need to the side. mike100 : Frank the laws you speak of will be enacted once the GOI is fully complete we wait for the ministers to be announced. Also i am in agreement HCL is a big one and Barzani goes to baghdad next week to resolve it. Kurds are really pushing for hcl/article 40 and i am betting Abadi wants it done and to resolve the diferences ASAP. To me the laws have been dormant due to a lack of stability also these laws i agree with Delta need a NEW international rate in order to be implemented. Of course all IMHO.
