Last week I mentioned that we spent a lot of time cleaning the roastery.  During that process, Jim came in to help rearrange the sacks of coffee.  And guess what?  We discovered some coffees that were not listed on the website.  What a nice surprise for all of us!  First up is a new Honduras San Andreas Especial.   Here's a little background about Honduras.  The coffee fields of Honduras have been improving dramatically in the past decade, and now rival many regions of Central America.  This microlot represents the future of Honduran coffees, with a balanced flavor profile and interesting nuances.

And for our decaf lovers, we found a Colombian decaffeinated coffee which was never listed on our website.  The Colombia Excelso Swiss Water Processed Decaf has a classic Colombian profile.  It is mild with a medium body and sweet aroma.  Flavor profiles range from pecan, toffee, milk chocolate and baked apple.  It has a rounded flavor and smooth finish.
