Your BabyStep Afternoon Routine

1. Did you have any lunch?
2. Have you exercised today? Just 15 minutes!
3. Go Do a 5 Minute Room Rescue!
4. Have you taken a break this afternoon to just sit and be quiet.
5. Empty Your Trash
6. Where is your Laundry?
7. Start Supper if you haven't put it in our secret weapon crockpot!

We are trying something else new! Or shall I say something old. We are going back to basics. We get used to send out reminders all during the day. I got organized with a series of reminders that popped up on my computer and my phone.

My sweet darling, Robert and I are committed to keeping our messages free for anyone who needs them. Thank you for supporting us with your purchases from the FlyShop, prayers, and positive participation. You keep us going!

Too Much of a Good Thing

Dear FlyLady,

I love the purple rags

The day I got them, I used just water and got up doggy nose prints slash sticky kid fingerprints that had created a thick layer on my windows. I was afraid I was going to have to take a razor blade to get it up. It was amazing. I even snuck them (and the rubba scrubba) into work one night to clean the pizza display case. Between the two, I shaved about 10 minutes off my cleaning process.

Well, I made a serious mistake with them.

You know that haze that builds up on the inside of your windshield? I took one wet rag and used it to clean the windshield on my husband's car and one dry one to give it polish. It came out beautiful! I've been borrowing my mom's car and I noticed that the haze was all over every window and the mirror. I used the wet to clean and the dry to shine.

It was stunning!

Only problem is that now the headlights from the other vehicles shine through so very well that it is actually painful.

Too much of a good thing, I guess!

FlyLady here: LOL! What a problem to have...a clean windshield that you can see out of clearly.

You asked for the Purple Rags in a different color, and we listened! We now have Silver Rags in the FlyShop.
You are not behind! I don't want you to try to catch up;
I just want you to jump in where we are. O.K.?
