PEACE DAY PHILLY 2014 GATHERING
SEPT. 21, 11AM - 12:01PM
Independence Mall, Market Street
between 5th and 6th
Program will include local and global messages of the peace, performance by the Earth Day Kids, collaborative art, Right To Peace declarations and more. The program will close at noon with a minute of silence, an activity that all take plae worldwide in all time zones.
Peace Activities Before and After the Spoken Program:
9:30-10:15am - Vinyasa Yoga
10:15 - 11am- Meditation for peace
12:00 - Global Minute for Peace
Art activity relating to how
we can all be peacebuilders -
and CHALK 4 Peace!
