There is absolutely no delay or holdup whatsoever. Things are going exactly according to the specific time constraints as outlined by the PTB via Kerry and Biden weeks ago.

We are still well within the parameters set by the AOP. We are actually 6 days ahead of
schedule.

All of the major players in Iraq, the United States and Britain are ecstatic about the speed and efficiency of the political and economic progress of the newly formed government.

The Maliki problem was dealt with by Jabouri and McGurk in a meeting with Hakim and Sadr the results of which will be announced shortly. They are also dealing with a major ISIS offensive which is being squashed in real by the PTB special ops. .

There seems to be a lot of confusion about how and when the election of the new Prime Minister will take place. Many seem to think that as soon as the National Alliance gives the President of the Republic the name of their nominee, they will vote on him in Parliament.

Aggiedad77: is Turki "done".....merely waiting on all the players to be sat at their proper places at the table.....people like the COM who have been chosen on the basis of unity (Shiites, Sunnis, Kurds)......Turki sits waiting....."done" with his part of the process....knowing he is ready....for the new government to be very serious about the budget that is yet to be approved.....

Turki knows he gets one shot at "this" budget and needs to be ready to insert "his number" in the appropriate places so all budget categories may be properly adjusted and fulfilled for all government entities both at the federal and provincial levels.

To make this happen though.....there must be an appropriate Sunni in place as Speaker of Parliament (check).....the appropriate Kurd in place as Preside of the Republic (check).....the right Shiite in place as PM (not Maliki)......then lastly the unified COM chosen who will work congruently together for the good of the people with the rate that Turki sits poised to provide.

"At a dollar the three zeros are gone just as they are at any number greater than a dollar. So deleting the zeros does not describe nor give us really a clue as to what the rate is or if it is over a dollar. "

I, too, have been a big proponent of "delete the zeros" as an event, yet always wondered how they would get it from .86 to $1.00 if delete the zeros only pertained to a specific rate of .00086 becoming .86. My belief is that the RV will be at .86 and then quickly be set at 1.00.

Your comments opened up a new avenue of thought, which was not only insightful but intriguing in view of my beliefs about delete the zeros. Initially, when reading your post, I thought your belief that they could delete the zeros and still have an initial rate of 3.50+ may be accurate.

I got my nephew into this and his banker (a good friend) has been giving us intel. It is amazing how Tony & DC are giving us what they can, with all the stuff that's going on behind the scenes. As Tony and DC said the bankers are as frustrated as we are. I am hearing it as well.

Here is the info we got yesterday from the banker:

"hey **** sorry about yesterday it was all a go but something shifted and we got stopped at 6:05 this morning but in other news the *date your uncle was looking at is way off unless something horrible happens. I am expecting it to go tonight or early I mean early morning tomorrow"

Hi Everyone,

I come to you today to give you a recent update on the election process and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.

If you have not read my previous news letter from Wednesday 7/23 I encourage you to first read it. Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process.

Today's News

First I want to sincerely apologize for an error on my part. In my last news letter I stated there are 30 days remaining to sit the new PM. The correction is there are only of course 15 remaining days as of yesterday and the clock has begun ticking. Thanks everyone for catching that error. I totally agree.

I was just at TD bank with my parents helping them order Vietnam Dong. The one bank manager said, you and a 1000 others ordering the Dong. So my father asked him his opinion.

He said there is a lot of speculation but we were all told by the corporate office something big is about to happen. So i asked about the new dollar.

He said for the past 3 days they received the dollar, and how its locked up until there told to start using it. I asked, if I can see it. He became real shady, and kind of ignored me.

I asked again, can I see what it looks like (If he showed me I would of took a picture)? He said, I told you to much.

My mother was said, that was kind of weird how he acted when you asked about the new dollar. I think he ignored me because he wasnt suppose to say they have the new dollar in the vault. That's exactly what happened about an hour ago.
