  • On-Site Registration: Will be available only if session capacities have not been reached, location will be announced.
  • Transferrable/Refund Policy: No refunds will be allowed after March 31, 2013. Full refunds will be issued less $40.00 admin fee if cancelled before April 1, 2013. Registration tickets are transferrable, if required.
  • Who Should Attend: Cosmetologist, Certified Trichologist, Pre-Certified Trichologist, Hair Replacement Specialist, Laser Clinic, Hair Loss Professional, Physicians, Medical Professionals, Cancer Center Wig Specialist and all related fields.     PLEASE NOTE: This event is NOT open to the public, license or certified professionals only. You may be asked to present your credentials and Identification, please have a copy on hand.

  • Conference Attire: Attire is business casual. The Hilton Palacio del Rio strives to keep rooms at a comfortable temperature, but layered clothing is strongly suggested.

  • Not Allowed: IAT wants to maintain an appropriate learning environment. Children and guest of attendees will not be allowed in the conference area. No audio or visual recording devices will be allowed without permission from IAT. Registered Attendees: All registered attendees must wear their official conference badges at all times to access all conference events.

  • FORCE MAJEURE
    In the event that IAT should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the 2013 IAT International Trichology Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond IAT’S control, then IAT’S liability shall be limited to refund of paid registration fees.
